Quality Management Systems Engineer Support quality for current and future manufacturing requirements and determine the most effective methods to improve productivity through the management of people and technology. Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense. Job Summary Manage and maintain Quality Management System manuals and procedures Investigate quality issues, lead root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrance Conduct regular internal audits to monitor the performance of the Quality Management System and identify areas for improvement Plan, prepare, and lead external Quality System and process audits (AS9100 and NADCAP) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the Quality Management System and drive organizational efficiency Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company Communicate quality statistics and improvement activities across the business Ensure that all contractual and regulatory quality requirements are defined and communicated on assigned customers and programs Support all departments to ensure control of receiving, in-process and final quality of product Recommend more efficient and quality-oriented processes Provide customer interface on quality issues and problem resolution Collaborate with sales, purchasing, production, quoting and contract management to establish quality procedures for meeting customer requirements Interface with suppliers to correct problems dealing with purchased materials Provide support to manufacturing including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to resolve problems in product manufactured Assist in defining and monitoring the quality management system and in developing an organizational culture that stresses quality processes Monitor personnel and processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures Update area supervision regarding concerns Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
