Job Description

This position reports to the Corporate Benefits & Systems Manager. This is an exempt position with an intended path to supervision. Principle areas of responsibilities shall include but aren’t limited to:

 

System – Provide support for the configuration of benefit plans, processes, and life events in Oracle HCM. Develop and oversee processes and reports to test and ensure integrity of Benefits data, as needed. Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud testing for patches, upgrades, special projects, new functionality, and enrollment events. Create benefit enrollment events, such as Open Enrollment and Admin Events, and corrective actions in Oracle HCM. Maintain functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits systems using available resources, such as upgrade release notes and Oracle Customer Connect. Analyze and audit HR/Benefit reports and interfaces. Work with IT to create, change, or correct reports/interfaces, as needed. Query data from system for clinic lists, mailing lists, etc. Review interface submissions weekly for insurance plan vendors.

 

Insurance Programs - Assist with dental and vision claim issues. Reconcile Clinic billings, as directed by manager. Perform monthly eligibility audits for all insurance plans and COBRA vendor on a monthly basis or as agreed upon with manager. Review and reconcile eligibility file load reports for medical, dental and vision vendors weekly, and miscellaneous changes, as directed by manager. Run monthly reports with vendors and from HCM to archive and use for monthly vendor billings and census reviews. Complete self-billings with insurance vendors. Assist with research and validation of 1095-C and 1094-C data and forms

 

General/Human Resources Assist with auditing and maintaining benefits related documents on the Company intranet and HCM Employee Resources. Assist the Corporate Benefits & Systems Manager and Director of Corporate Benefits with projects as needed.

 

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Related Experience
