En Romeu Shipping, buscamos incorporar un/a Learning Coordinator que se responsabilice de liderar el "Programa de Desarrollo de Capacidades" de la compañía.

What will your functions be?

1. Diseño y planificación de formación

• Diseñar el plan anual de formación en base a las necesidades organizativas.
• Identificar necesidades formativas mediante evaluaciones, feedback y performance reviews.
• Definir itinerarios formativos por áreas y roles (hard skills, soft skills y competencias digitales).

2. Coordinación operativa

• Coordinar las acciones formativas internas y externas.
• Planificar el calendario formativo.
• Gestionar proveedores y formadores.
• Organizar convocatorias, inscripciones y logística (salas, plataformas, materiales, etc.).
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones formativas legales en cada país.
• Gestionar bonificaciones en coordinación con el equipo laboral.
• Controlar el presupuesto de formación.

3. Desarrollo de talento

• Participar en programas de desarrollo (onboarding, liderazgo, upskilling y reskilling).
• Promover una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y digital.
• Apoyar iniciativas de engagement y cultura organizativa.

4. Calidad y mejora continua

• Asegurar que las acciones formativas vinculadas a certificaciones estén contempladas.
• Aplicar la Política de Calidad en su ámbito de responsabilidad.
• Apoyar proyectos de mejora continua en herramientas y procesos de formación.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa en roles similares de formación/Learning & Development, preferiblemente en entorno internacional.
• Experiencia en diseño y gestión de planes de formación.
• Nivel alto de inglés y francés (imprescindible).
• Capacidad de organización, planificación y gestión de múltiples proyectos.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación con diferentes stakeholders.
• Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
• Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
