Join the Ali & Sons Group as a Warranty Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements, and supporting workshop operations to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

📍 Location: Dubai

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate, and process warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Liaise with manufacturers and technical area managers to resolve complex warranty cases and obtain claim approvals.
• Provide guidance and support to workshop teams regarding warranty procedures, defect reporting, and technical claim requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical and warranty-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all warranty submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive warranty documentation and records to support audits and compliance requirements.
• Monitor adherence to reporting requirements and procedures outlined in the Service Technical Handbook.
• Work closely with workshop management to identify and reduce the root causes of recurring warranty claims.
• Support the Service Manager with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and quality standards.

 

Role Purpose:

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims, maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, and support workshop operations through effective warranty administration and technical coordination.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive warranty administration, service operations, or a related field.
• Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology.
• Certifications: Relevant automotive technical certifications and manufacturer training are preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer policies.
  • Ability to analyze technical reports and supporting documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
