Intelligence Analyst I

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Support the analytical needs of client engagements. Works directly with their manager and the EIS team to produce analysis addressing client-specific requirements. In coordination with Embedded Intelligence Services' leads, and in accordance with appropriate guidance, this job will track and respond to Crisis24 alerts and world events for client impact; assist or collaborate with relevant parties on production of analytical assessments; proactively leverages existing Crisis24 resources to address gaps in analyses, assessments, capability, and data; Assist in production of specific briefings or presentations; assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures; and other duties as assigned within scope of the program. Shift work required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.   Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree required   Work Experience 0 to 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, analysis, alerting, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required.   Skills Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure. Effective problem-solving and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills required; accurate typing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps. Strong customer-service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels.  Foreign travel and experience preferred. Work conditions Office setting and machine use.
