Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel) needed in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: 07/13/2026 for a 10-week travel assignment on a high-acuity Med-Surg/Respiratory Care unit in a hospital setting. Pay range: $2,195-$2,304 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: 3x12 Night shifts (7p-7a). This assignment involves a hospital environment with high-acuity medical-surgical and respiratory care needs. Travel nurses may be requested to float to affiliated facilities in the region as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients on a high-acuity Med-Surg/Respiratory Care unit
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vitals, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor response and adverse effects
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, including respiratory therapy, and document in the EMR (Cerner experience preferred)
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate clinical documentation; participate in discharge planning as appropriate
- Maintain professional standards and adapt to unit needs, including potential floating to affiliated facilities within the region
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; NHISS needed prior to start
- NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses
- 2+ years of Med-Surg and telemetry (MS/tele) experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Dysrhythmia exam to be completed during onboarding; preferred score of 80%
- Ability to work in a high-acuity Med-Surg/Respiratory Care setting; willingness to float to affiliated facilities within the region
