東京（日本）に拠点を置く当社のマーケット・サプライチェーン・オペレーションズチームにおいて、戦略的で、協調性があり、変化に強いサプライチェーンリーダーを募集しています。
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and resilient Supply Chain Leader to join our Market Supply Chain Operations team, based in our Tokyo office in Japan.

You will lead and shape supply chain operations across the Japan market, ensuring reliable supply execution, strong regulatory compliance, and alignment with global priorities. This role plays a critical part in driving transformation initiatives, improving operational performance, and anticipating future regulatory and business needs. You will influence senior stakeholders, enable cross‑functional collaboration, and support sustainable long‑term growth.

You will be working in a team that partners closely with local leadership, quality and regulatory professionals, finance, and commercial teams. You will collaborate with regional and global supply chain functions and manage external partners to ensure seamless operations and effective governance across the market.

- 国内規制および品質要件への適切な対応を確保
- 需給計画、需要予測、供給調整のリード
- 物流および外部製造パートナーのマネジメント
- シニアステークホルダーとの連携による戦略的整合の推進
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain execution for the Japan market
- Drive supply chain transformation and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and quality requirements
- Lead planning, forecasting, and supply coordination activities
- Manage external logistics and manufacturing partners
- Influence senior stakeholders to align on strategic supply priorities
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- サプライチェーンまたは関連分野での5～8年の実務経験
- 国内規制環境に関わる3～5年の経験
- 日本の規制環境下での業務経験
- プロジェクトやチームをリードした実績
- 日本市場においてリージョン／グローバル関係者へ影響を与えてきた経験
- 英語（ビジネスレベル）および日本語（流暢）
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with local regulatory
- Strong experience operating within the Japan regulatory environment
- Proven leadership in projects and managing teams
- Experience influencing regional or global stakeholders from Japan
- English: Mandatory/ Japanese: Preferred
