The Opportunity
As a Regional Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
The Skillset
· 3 years, proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry
· Travel required
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
· Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred)
· Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations required
· Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities.
· Skilled in evaluating property performance, including occupancy trends, rent collections, and maintenance efficiency.
· Experience implementing operational best practices to enhance resident satisfaction and asset value.
· Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.
· Proficient in monitoring budgets, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with ownership goals.
· Capable of identifying financial risks and opportunities to optimize NOI (Net Operating Income).
· Effective leader with experience mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams.
· Builds high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and clear goal-setting.
· Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Deep understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws.

· $95,000 - $120,000 DOE
