Your tasks

  • Understanding of basic risk areas (technical, economical, commercial, organizational, and political) of the organization and assisting to analyze risks and checking controls performed in those areas.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the group-wide Internal Control System (ICS) requirements to ensure that risk and controls in the related End-to-End processes are properly identified, managed and monitored.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient and effective ICS framework in the OMV Group
  • Conduct ICS within all fully consolidated entities.
  • Support to maintain and enhance SAP Access Rights solutions according to the ICS principles and reduce Segregation of Duty risks.
  • Support to raise awareness to ICS quality assurance activities and regular assess (spot checks) the ICS operational effectiveness.
  • Provide trainings, mentoring, communication and best practice sharing for ICS Community
  • Ensure the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) roll-out to all fully consolidated companies (approx. 70) and are regularly maintained in alignment with the divisions all under supervision of a Senior Expert or Manager

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Industrial Engineering, or another related field
  • Relevant professional experience: >5 years
  • Austrian or international professional qualification such as  ACCA, CPA, DIR, CIA, CISA, CRMA, SRM, SPcM are an advantage
  • Oil & Gas industrial experience is an advantage
  • Know-how and proven experience in Finance, Controlling and/or financial & business End-to-End processes
  • Business Knowledge of OMV divisions
  • Very good understanding and experience of SAP
  • IT systems affinity required
  • Audit, Risk or Compliance background and knowledge is an advantage
  • Project Management skills
  • Fluency in English, German would be a plus
