Senior User Experience Designer (Architect)

Name of the Position: Senior User Experience Designer (Architect)

Required: 10 + years

Major Responsibilities:

• Collaborating and consulting on user experience planning with a lead experience architect.

• Design intuitive, usable and engaging mobile &web interactions and interface designs

• Conduct usability research (expert reviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, card sorts, user interviews, and usability tests) and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions 

Expertise:

• Good Knowledge of Web and mobile design, solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps, Ecommerce Design Exp is a Plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Translate high level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends.

• Design intuitive, usable and engaging Web and Mobile application interactions and interface design

• Researching Technology and interaction design trends

• Conceive, manage and lead project design from start to finish

• Provide clear justification for design decisions with relevant data and sound judgment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the broader UX team throughout the design process

• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications 

• Contribute to the user experience knowledge repository by updating UI Guidelines and design processes and patterns 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
