Facilities Manager

The Facility Manager has overall responsibility for facility management and daily operations. Responsible for working with maintenance personnel and vendors to ensure duties are completed safely, effectively and properly documented within OSHA and internal standards. The Facility Manager will be responsible for utilizing Emcor’s CMMS system to manage work orders as well as reviewing invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.  The Facility Manager will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding contractual customer KPI’s.
