Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Motion Designer with experience in creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns and multichannel content. This role will be responsible for developing dynamic visual pieces for social media, web, broadcast, and other formats, ensuring high-quality creative executions aligned with brand objectives and delivery timelines. The ideal profile combines strong animation skills, visual judgment, and an understanding of content behavior on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Additionally, they should feel comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, high-volume environments. Responsabilidades Design and animate motion graphics pieces for digital campaigns, social media, web, broadcast, and OOH. Create typography animations, transitions, end cards, and other audiovisual elements. Develop static mockups for approval prior to animation. Create and optimize templates in After Effects for scalable production processes. Collaborate with Creative Directors and creative teams to ensure consistency and visual quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews. Use AI tools to optimize creative and production processes. Maintain proper file organization and production workflows. Cualificaciones 3–5 years of experience in Motion Design at agencies, creative studios, or in-house teams. Advanced proficiency in After Effects, including MOGRT template creation. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D. Strong experience in typography animation, shape layers, and transitions. Good visual judgment, composition, and storytelling skills. Experience creating content for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Knowledge of audiovisual production workflows and file organization. Interest in and knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar. Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
