Product Owner / Business Analyst (f/m/div.)

We are looking for a strategic and technically minded Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead our AI-driven product initiatives.

Key Responsabilities:

• Act as the link between business opportunities and our data science and engineering teams;
• Identify business problems that can be solved with AI;
• Define a clear product vision/business priority;
• Translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the technical team;
• Measure the impact and ROI of AI solutions.

• Master’s degree in project management, industrial engineering or information systems;
• Expertise in Project Management;
• Knowledge of AI & ML concepts and AI Ethics & Governance;
• Good communication in English, both written and verbal (C1);
• Familiarity agile methodologies like Scrum;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively in international, cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
• Fluent in English. German is a plus.
