Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will perform moderately complex accounting and financial analyses, support reporting requirements, and help drive data and process efficiencies. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your technical accounting expertise while collaborating with a global team and gaining exposure to end-to-end financial processes.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting activities including preparation of standard and non-standard journal entries and complex general ledger reconciliations
  • Support expense management processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide meaningful commentary on key drivers
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, disclosures, and regulatory filings
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in expense management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience in general ledger reconciliations and journal entry preparation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to propose process improvements
