Job Description
- Performs reconciliations, transfers or balancing operations of a basic and routine nature involving accounting or financial information.
- Responds to routine processing or procedural problems which arise within unit.
- Compiles accounting or financial data of a routine nature.
- Utilizes an on-line, production-oriented accounting/financial computer system to process work.
- Confers with senior staff regarding setup, processing, or terms/conditions of accounting/finance records.
- Performs data collection and basic routine analysis on accounting or financial data, records or files.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Skills & Abilities
• Ability to keep private all confidential information.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills; and the ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of the firm’s financial systems and procedures.
• Ability to work independently after receiving brief explanation.

CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as “CDM Smith”) reserves the right to require background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc. as well as credit and motor vehicle when applicable for certain positions.
