Job Title: AI Associate (IT Support Automation & Optimization)

Role Overview As an AI Associate, you will be the bridge between IT support operations and advanced AI implementation. Your primary objective is to identify manual, high-friction IT processes, redesign them using Microsoft-native AI frameworks, and manage their end-to-end lifecycle—from opportunity identification through development in Copilot Studio and Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), to production validation and lifecycle cost management—ensuring strict adherence to the organization framework and IRA (Internal Risk & Assurance) guidelines.
