At a Glance:Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sustaining Engineering Manager to join the Audio Video Division in Shenzhen, China. This position leads engineering change activity (ECOs) and design modifications to support manufacturing efficiency, component obsolescence management, product compatibility, quality improvement, and customer-driven engineered solutions. While based in Shenzhen, the role works closely with U.S.-based Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Sourcing teams, as well as directly with contract manufacturing (CM) engineering teams.
