Job Description
For Chester Montgomery Service Area
Work Schedule: 8A-430P; (2) one week and (3) days the next week. No Holiday or weekend rotation
- Provides medically directed occupational therapy treatments to clients 18 years of age and older whose lives have been disrupted by physical injury or illness, developmental problems, the aging process, and social or psychological difficulties.
- Provides client's needed specialized assistance in learning skills to enable them to lead lives satisfying to themselves. Provides assessment of the individual's abilities to carry out necessary physical and emotional functions in relation to their prognosis.
- Provides treatment objectives which are identified and coordinated with the client's family members, physician, and appropriate community resources to assure maximum independence, productivity, and satisfaction.

Education Requirements
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Master''s Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Master''s Degree
Certification and Licensure
- Current Valid Driver's License
- BLS Certification
- PA Occupational Therapy License
