Up to £29,000 depending on experience 

37.5 hours per week completed Monday to Saturday on Rota

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivating leader who inspires their team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives performance, and delivers excellent service with empathy and professionalism to help us build a healthier nation as a Reception Team Lead at our Woking Hospital.  

As our Reception Team Lead, you will:   

• Lead, motivate, and support the Reception team to consistently deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience.
• Oversee and work within the reception function, actively partaking in daily front-of-house duties including appointment booking, check-in, and enquiry handling.
• Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage rota planning, staffing levels, and performance to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimise patient flow and service efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer service standards, processes, and team development.
• Attend meetings and represent the Reception team as a Head of Department.
