Due to the territory that you will be responsible for, candidates must be based in the Regina region
What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Consultant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Establish tailored action plans for retailers based on their needs and objectives
Conduct dealer visits and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders
Provide individual training to Financial Service Managers using the PACT/Lean method
Promote and support the integration of Unifi 2.0 and other corporate tools
Perform administrative tasks and contribute to internal collaboration and compliance

Is known for their adaptability and client service orientation
Stands out for their strong interpersonal skills and sense of pedagogy
Demonstrates deep understanding of the sales process and dealership operations
Is recognized for their ability to transfer knowledge and develop strategies
Has 5+ years of experience in automotive dealership consulting or related fields
