Position Overview:
Nissan of Ames is seeking an experienced Nissan Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, reliable professional with at minimum a Class C technician level who is committed to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Nissan vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Complete repair orders efficiently and document work performed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on Nissan training and service bulletins

Qualifications:

• Minimum Class C technician level required
• Previous Nissan or import dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
