As we expand our product portfolio and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic account growth and expand market share across the eastern United States.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic Director of Marketing, who has a passion for delivering winning results in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The Director of Marketing will develop an effective marketing plan that will ensure sustainable growth. He/she should have experience in developing marketing plans that focus on B2B, B2C, distributors, and ecommerce. The expected results of the marketing leader are to ensure the Company delivers best in class products and services to its customers. The marketing leader will need to have demonstrated experience in a large company and can clearly articulate how he/she took the company’s marketing efforts from good to great.

Direct reports: Marketing Coordinator and 3rd Party agencies
Location: Dallas, TX or Madill, OK
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the leader on all marketing related projects for the company
- Develop and execute a marketing vision and plans that aligns with the Company’s strategy
- Support new product launches and development of launch plans
- Lead the refreshing of the Company’s websites
- Develop a daily, weekly, monthly dashboard to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
- Develop various marketing initiatives via collaboration and personal initiative. Manage and report on the marketing initiatives to ensure successful implementation that meets projected KPI’s and ROI expectations
- Work across a broad cross-functional team to support marketing contributions to the planning, opening and development of new stores/locations
- Support and collaborate with sales representatives on marketing initiatives, various campaigns and ad hoc projects and requests
- Lead data driven marketing activities with an emphasis on metrics, lead development and lead nurture, and relationship management
- Increase brand awareness and reach across, multiple platforms and optimize online presence
- Interface and manage multiple third-party agencies for creative and other key strategic projects and various ongoing support
- Manage the execution of integrated marketing programs on-time and at an exceptional level of quality
- Serve as the central liaison with all key stakeholders to proactively develop and communicate campaign overviews, timelines, status, metrics, etc., to align with company strategic objectives and sales goals
- Manage branding initiatives to align ATW Brands with company strategies and execute activation
- Collaborate with the management team across the company and customers to establish marketing benchmarks
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Understanding of digital web based and traditional marketing channels and tools and analytics, included SEO and managing/optimizing paid campaigns
- Experience in durable goods distribution and or retail marketing, multi-location is a plus
- Ability to build project plans and schedules, including budging and tracking financial impacts, with multiple dependencies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Work well under pressure and effectively prioritize responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education combination in Marketing or Business
- Preferably has experience in an industrial product
- 7-10+ years of related experience
