Glaze Line Operator – Bring Tile to Life with Florida Tile

What You’ll Do
- Operate advanced spray equipment to apply glaze and decorative finishes to tile
- Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments to meet exact specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
- Conduct and document quality checks to ensure consistent results
- Troubleshoot defects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Support and train team members to build a strong, skilled workforce
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Ability to follow procedures and work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and product quality
- Manufacturing experience preferred (tile, stone, or ceramics a plus)
