CCBHC Client Engagement Specialist Mental Health Professional

The CCBHC Client Engagement Specialist Mental Health Professional (MHP) primarily focuses on helping individuals overcome non-clinical barriers e.g., health related social needs and provides community-based case management, and skills training under the supervision of a QMHP or LPHA. Uses a multi-disciplinary, multi-service, and systemic approach, provides a range of office, community, and home-based services to clients across the lifespan. Works with diverse staff and client populations.
