 At Arla, we are on an ambitious journey to build a truly end-to-end, globally integrated Supply Chain Planning organisation. We are now looking for a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Planning, Milk and Yoghurt (MY) in Denmark to play a key role in this transformation.

How you will make an impact 

As Senior Manager, you will lead the operational Supply Chain Planning organization for MY DK, while guiding the transformation towards a more integrated, data-driven and customer-centric setup. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include 

• Leading and developing a high-performing team with focus on engagement and inclusion 

• Driving the evolution of Supply Chain Planning and embedding new ways of working 

• Ensuring strong performance across the operational planning horizon (0–8 weeks) 

• Building strong collaboration across Production, Logistics, Global Planning and Commercial teams 

• Connecting strategy to execution and ensuring alignment 

• Contributing to the MY SC Planning Leadership Team 

• Leading change in a way that brings people along 

 

What will make you successful 

We are seeking a seasoned leader with a strong background in supply chain management and experience in the FMCG industry experience within Europe. Experience in the dairy industry is an advantage. Furthermore, you have; 

 

• 5-10 years of experience in people management and leading through others. 

• Experience or interest in leading transformational change within a global matrix organization. 

• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills 

 

On the personal level you bring strong team player qualities, and the combination of your business knowledge and communication skills enables you to influence others to move towards a common goal. You are skilled at developing relationships with the empathy to understand the human elements in a change journey, whilst retaining focus. You are resilient and determined to achieve your objectives but possess the flexibility to listen to push back and work collaboratively to achieve our agreed goals.
