HSN - Fulfillment Center Team Lead

Your Opportunity, Your Team

• The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role
• Assigned schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m

What You'll Do

• Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety
• Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace
• You will report to the Area Manager

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
• Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings
• Foster collaboration and positive team culture
