What You Will Do:
Lead Agile/Scrum processes across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies to drive organizational adoption.
Remove impediments and proactively resolve risks to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery timelines.
Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, team health) to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure high-quality delivery standards by promoting best practices in engineering and testing.
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog, prioritize work, and align with business objectives.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and manage team dynamics and conflict resolution.
Maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.
What You Will Need:
Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder.
A Bachelor's degree or additional four(4) years of relevant experience will be needed in lieu of degree.
Minimum Four(4) to Eight(8) years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Experience leading Agile teams in software development projects.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred).
Ability to identify and remove team impediments and drive outcomes.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification.
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
Experience supporting federal government or regulated industry programs.
Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tooling. (inferred from Agile delivery environments in your templates; not explicitly listed)
