School Based Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

Noble is seeking a compassionate and collaborative School Based Clinical Supervisor to support our growing Behavioral Health team. This role provides clinical leadership and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families within a school-based setting while promoting integrated, trauma-informed care.

The ideal candidate is passionate about improving access to behavioral health services, supporting clinicians, and building strong partnerships with schools, families, and community agencies.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to school-based behavioral health staff
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services in-person and via telehealth
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care Collaborate with schools, providers, families, and community resources to coordinate care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EPIC and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best clinical practices

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral health settings
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills
