Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas

- Work with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer specific programs.
- Create manage and deliver flagship soft skills development programs.
- Deliver soft skills training.
- Strategize, manage and execute Organization level training programs/initiatives
- Drive participation is training programs.
- Assess the success of development programs through robust effectiveness checks.
- Support the program manager/trainer in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioural, managerial and leadership programs.
- Support other Org wide learning initiatives as necessary.
- Creating blended learning programs with micro learning content, & playlists curation
- Reporting
