Relevant Experience	Min. no. of years of relevant experience required	L&D Experience of 3- 6 years preferable Overall, 6 years of experience in learning management Experience and knowledge on program management Knowledge and experience in instructional design Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Experience in designing and delivering instructor led sessions in in-person and virtual formats Experience in developing e learning content preferable
Technical /Functional Capabilities	Job Specific knowledge and skills	Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent stakeholder management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to drive org wide learning initiatives Ability to build rapport with employees Resourceful, analytical & proactive in approach Strong trainer presence, ability to research and create quality content.
