Lloyd’s is seeking to recruit a Business Change Lead to shape and steer a strategic, value-led change portfolio across Market Performance, Oversight, Commercial and our Global Offices.
What you’ll do
- Build multi-year, outcome-led roadmaps aligned to Lloyd’s strategy
- Lead portfolio prioritisation, balancing value, risk, cost and capacity
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear change demand
- Drive investment cases and executive-ready insights
- Embed value, benefits and KPIs across the portfolio
- Mobilise projects for success, working closely with Delivery and Architecture
- Oversee key projects, ensuring delivery drives real business value
- Lead continuous improvement and small change delivery at pace
- Keep ahead through horizon scanning of market, regulatory and technology trends
What you’ll bring
- You’re a strategic thinker who turns ideas into action.
- Experience leading large-scale change portfolios in complex, regulated environments
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience shaping investment decisions
- Confidence working across business and technology, including data and architecture
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships
- Experience leading matrix and third-party teams, including offshore
- A clear, outcome-focused mindset with strong judgement and attention to detail
