Job Role:
We are hiring a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) in Mumbai, India to support global clinical trial operations for key oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, and immunology studies. The role is office‑based in Mumbai, India with responsibility for critical documentation, system management, and cross‑functional trial coordination.
What you will be doing
- Support global study teams with trial documentation, TMF maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage and update Veeva Vault, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- Assist in study start‑up, site document collection, and tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, training documentation, and trial communications.
- Track essential documents, milestones, and key study metrics.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for timely deliverables.
- Maintain inspection‑ready documentation and support audits.
Your profile
- Min. 1-2 years of experience working as a Clinical Trial Associate(CTA) in global clinical trials.
- Hands-on experience in core CTA activities including Ethics Committee (EC) submissions, Health Authority (HA) submissions, site payments, and essential clinical trial documentation and tracking.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in clinical systems such as Veeva Vault, CTMS, and EDC platforms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured, and cross-functional global environment.
