Intake Community Screener

As an Intake Community Screener, you’ll be at the heart of helping individuals and families begin their recovery journey with hope and support. In this community-based, people-focused role, you’ll connect with individuals in a variety of settings — including community partner locations, virtually, and in the office — creating a welcoming and positive first experience. You’ll help guide individuals to the services they need while building connections, advocating for those with higher barriers to care, and making a meaningful impact every day. Community partnerships this role will coordinate with are primarily hospitals along with SUD treatment facilities, homeless shelters, among other locations.
