Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business result and algin business direction as priority
  • Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Marketing with 10 years of significant experience in Sales and Retail Operations Management, of which at least 5 years in a Senior Manager position
  • Strong drive with sound business/commercial acumen skills
  • Exemplary planning and execution skills: establish plans, manage and improve process, drive team execution
  • Superior analytical skills, proficient with numbers and interpretation
  • Good business development and negotiation skills
  • High impact communication and influencing skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build relationships and deal with multiple partners
  • Ability to lead, coach and engage teams
