Tutor

- Host individual tutoring sessions weekly with each student on caseload of 18 youth, including traveling to and from sessions as well as submitting timely and detailed documentation, to ensure youth are met at least twice per month and academic goals/milestones are met.   - Communicate regularly and consistently to students, caregivers, stakeholders and other staff to ensure sessions are being consistently attended, all stakeholders are in agreement with service plan, and providing comprehensive services to the youth.
