Job Description
- Manage design and implementation of AI features for education in Search Web and Lens.
- Analyze model performance, diagnose loss patterns, and ensure high quality of AI educational user journeys.
- Direct cross-team collaboration with product, User Experience (UX), data, and engineering teams across the world, participate in product initiation, plan timelines, and ensure engineering delivery.
- Act as an engineering point of contact for cross-functional partners within your area of responsibility.
- Demonstrate growth mindset and self-reflection, mentor other engineers on the team, and share expertise in AI/ML best practices and model development.
