What You’ll Be Doing:
The Director Global Operations will report into the President of AIS and manage seven direct reports and a total team of 80 global operations professionals. This role has direct responsibility for all of AIS' operational functions which include the following key areas:
Supply chain management
Sales and operations planning (S&OP)
Customer on-boarding
Program management
Customer experience
Integration and manufacturing strategy and footprint
Post-sale service, support, and logistics
Business processes and transformation
This is an executive level position and will be a key member of the AIS executive leadership team, reporting directly to the business unit president.
What we are looking for:
15 to 20 years of relevant operational experience at senior levels
Transformational experience with large multinational corporations
Deep understanding of the entire supply chain including the sales process
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
