• Establish and enforce RPA development standards, coding best practices, reusable components, documentation requirements, and quality controls.

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to receive prioritized automation initiatives, align delivery plans, and communicate progress against commitments.

• Conduct process assessments and feasibility analyses to identify automation opportunities and provide effort, complexity, and value estimates.

• Manage and administer the UiPath platform environment including Orchestrator configuration, licensing, credential management, release management, and platform governance.

• Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, risk management, and operational policies.

• Monitor production automation performance and proactively address failures, exceptions, performance degradation, and support incidents.

• Define, track, and report key automation delivery and operational metrics including bot utilization, exception rates, cycle times, throughput, and hours automated.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise technology teams to ensure automation platforms remain reliable, scalable, and secure.

• Identify opportunities to expand automation capabilities and improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 7 or more years of experience developing and delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions required.

• Demonstrated expertise with UiPath including attended and unattended automation development required.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator administration, REFramework, and enterprise deployment practices required.

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in a delivery-focused environment required.

• Strong process analysis and business process documentation skills with the ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions required.

• Experience estimating automation effort, complexity, and business value to support prioritization and planning required.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences required.

• Ability to establish development standards, best practices, and quality controls across an automation program required.

• Experience measuring and reporting operational and delivery KPIs required.

• Experience working within agile methodologies and cross-functional technology teams required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex automation challenges required.

• Experience with Power Platform, AI-assisted automation capabilities, process mining, or task capture technologies preferred.
