Responsibilities

Are you a detail-oriented leader passionate about elevating the standard of care in healthcare? As our Center Quality Improvement Manager, you won’t just monitor processes, you will be the architect of excellence.


In this vital role, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement across our nursing center. You’ll oversee our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) systems, turn data into actionable insights, and directly impact the lives of our residents, families, and team members.

 

Position Highlights
*Build & Refine Systems: Develop, implement, and evaluate robust quality management systems to ensure our center consistently exceeds industry standards and consumer expectations.

*Audit & Analyze: Conduct regular audits and center inspections to measure performance. You’ll dive deep into quality data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes, and close operational gaps.

*Be the Voice of the Consumer: Actively engage with residents, families, visitors, and vendors. You'll measure satisfaction, investigate concerns, and turn feedback into meaningful service improvements.

*Lead Corrective Action: When quality gaps are identified, you’ll lead the charge in resolving issues, implementing corrective actions, and tracking long-term success.

*Educate & Empower: Partner with nursing center leadership to develop and deliver targeted staff training based on audit findings, ensuring our team is always equipped to succeed.

*Drive QAPI Excellence: Support the Nursing Home Administrator in all continuous quality improvement efforts and present performance data during monthly QAPI meetings with market leadership.


Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or another relevant field is required.

*Three years of experience in healthcare delivery required.

*QCP certified or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire.

*Unencumbered state RN or Nursing Home Administrator license preferred.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.


Posted Salary Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.

*Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or another relevant field is required.
