With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.
Vitamin Well Group’s Legal function is a highly valued business partner, working closely with teams across the organisation and supporting a fast-growing international business with strong entrepreneurial energy. The team currently consists of lawyers based in Stockholm and Los Angeles, and we are now expanding further.
About the role
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Stockholm-based Global Legal team in a broad and high-impact role spanning digital sales, consumer-facing legal matters and international commercial agreements. You will work closely with teams across e-commerce, marketing, sales and business development in a high-growth and fast-paced organisation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, navigating fast-moving environments and helping commercial teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
Key responsibilities
Lead legal support for e-commerce, websites and digital sales channels across multiple markets
Advise on marketing activities, campaigns, consumer-facing matters, consumer law and digital regulatory topics
Draft, review and negotiate international commercial agreements, including distribution, reseller and digital vendor agreements
Support international expansion and new commercial setups
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to structure and close deals, partnerships and campaigns efficiently and pragmatically
Identify legal and commercial risks, and provide business-oriented guidance aligned with company growth ambitions
Develop pragmatic frameworks, templates and ways of working that support scalability and enable teams to move fast
Who are you
To thrive in this role, we believe you have around 5–8 years of experience from both law firm and in-house roles – preferably within a product-driven, consumer-focused and international environment.
As a person, you are business-oriented, pragmatic and comfortable balancing risk with growth. You thrive in a high-paced environment where things move quickly, ideas turn into action and priorities shift fast, and you enjoy working closely with commercial stakeholders in a collaborative and hands-on way.
You bring:
Strong experience in international commercial contracts, ideally within sales and distribution, e-commerce or consumer-focused business models
Exposure to multi-market setups across Europe and global markets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, international stakeholders
Experience from FMCG, retail or other consumer-driven international businesses is a strong plus
