Job Description:
Fast paced, busy medical office is in need of an experienced full-time Office Support Secretary individual who will be providing support to our Bedford Counseling program. The office support secretary will provide secretarial support to the department and also provide back up for the front desk- checking patients in for appointments, verification of demographic information, collection of co-pays and deposit, process paperwork associated with each task, and data entry utilizing an electronic medical record. Prior office and computer experience a must. Candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail oriented with the capacity to multi-task and work as a member of a team. Position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills, an ability to multi-task, and data entry proficiency.
- Computer experience, attention to detail and confidentiality a must.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to ensure that programs are represented in a professional manner.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications: One year of experience in a busy office setting
