
Systems Engineer
Job Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform the following tasks:
- Own and be accountable for Polarion ALM administration and support across the organization, ensuring smooth workflows, robust governance, system stability, and continuous improvement for efficient, compliant use.
- Configure and enhance Polarion by managing access and permissions, driving upgrades and stability improvements, and resolving system issues to ensure reliable, compliant, and disruption‑free operations.
- Manage customer complaints for Radiometer Diagnostics products by facilitating investigations, leading cross‑functional root cause analysis with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams, and driving timely, compliant resolutions to strengthen product quality and patient safety.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communications, or a related stream
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Polarion ALM administration and configuration, including scripting (e.g., JavaScript, APIs, automation frameworks)
- Working knowledge of systems engineering processes, including requirements management, traceability, and testing
- Experience in the medical device or diagnostics R&D, with a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience designing and deploying AI‑driven solutions (e.g., agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows) to augment engineering processes, eliminate manual effort, and deliver scalable improvements in productivity, decision‑making, and quality.
