Bakery Quality Analyst

Position Summary The Bakery Quality Analyst supports the execution of quality assurance programs through hands‑on testing, data collection, and supplier communication. This role contributes to routine quality checks, sample coordination, and sensory evaluation activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Assist in executing single or multi‑stage projects as assigned. Generate high‑quality, actionable data; interpret findings and prepare reports. Conduct routine physical and sensory quality assurance checks to verify compliance with brand standards. Assist with sensory panel activities and descriptive analysis in collaboration with suppliers. Communicate results to suppliers and support efforts to guide them toward compliance. Request and coordinate sample delivery from restaurants based on testing guidelines. Collect, interpret, and report data using LIMS, Excel, and other internal systems. Receive, log, and maintain accurate records of all incoming samples. Other related duties as assigned.
