HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY: The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of air filters, as well as the documentation of all services performed. The technician will identify and report potential system issues to prevent costly repairs and equipment breakdowns.
