Job Description

Job Profile: This position will be responsible for supporting global VE/resourcing activities and will be part of global Pricing team.

 

  • Maintain Database (IT Tool, PowerBi and Excel based tracking files) up to date and accurate. Relate to Project owner to resolve any data issue. 

  • Design, compile and publish weekly & monthly reports of performance metrics. Prepares dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for senior management, reflecting the projects’ performance globally with 100% accuracy & On Time

  • Drive weekly Gap analysis review with Regional Supply Base Leaders.

  • Owns Adhoc reports/ Metrics through gathering, analysing and summarizing data and information from Supply Base, Customer Team, Product Line, and Finance. Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports covering Actual, Forecast and Pipeline.

  • Provide analytical support to achieve current year savings target and future years pipeline by working closely with cross functional team.

  • Support finance team by providing Material Margin Data.

  • Track data modifications made by users. Investigate root causes and ensure an action plan is set (with clear commitments from Supply base /Customer Team /Product Line). Escalate top gaps and missing plans. 

  • Ensure data are aligned across regions, CT and GBE. 

  • Assist the Global Leader in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation. 

  • Track Project Approval Committee (PAC) data on weekly basis to show actual phase exits vs plan.

  • Maintain project data repository on SharePoint and ensure that all pertinent documents are retained. 

  • Define with and drive IT tool & PowerBi update. Launch and track enhancement implementation with IT Team in IT tool.

  • Ensure proper and disciplined IT tool usage by entire Community

 

Candidate Profile: 

 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (pricing, commercials/purchase, program management, etc)

  • Bachelor’s degree. 

  • Analytical skills, Accurate and detail oriented, 

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to lead discussions.

  • Expert user of MS Excel, PowerBi & Macros.

  • Comfortable working within a global team with diverse backgrounds. 

  • Flexible to work in shift timing (1pm to 10 pm)
