The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As Brand Manager, HCP, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of HCP Marketing initiatives with a focus on primary care physicians. This role requires a strategic, forward-thinking, and highly motivated individual who is a proactive problem solver. You will lead the execution of high-visibility marketing programs.
What You’ll Work On
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the HCP Marketing Team to achieve US Product line sales and margin by driving the strategic execution of sales and marketing plans.
Program Development: Develop and oversee the creation of sales tools and programs, such as printed field sales collateral, training materials, and field sales and customer communications, to support and enhance sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with a broad array of internal and external groups to ensure the successful execution of marketing tactics. Develop product information and key initiative presentations for use with the sales force and key customers. Participate in the development of HCP strategy and tactics, collaborating on strategic projects.
Program Execution and Assessment: Lead the development, execution, and assessment of product marketing programs/tactics to respond to customer and marketplace needs. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Training & Ops, CEM, and other teams on creative optimization across channels.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate program efforts and investments to drive patient adoption and ensure a positive return on investment.
Budget and Timeline Management: Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
Product management experience in medical products or services preferred.
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital health is a strong plus.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assess market conditions and opportunities.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay for this position is
$114,000.00 – $228,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
