CONTRACT SPECIALIST

The Contract Specialist prepares and manages contractual agreements supporting aircraft maintenance, component repair, manufacturing, engineering services, and spare parts sales. This role ensures contracts align with company policies while coordinating with Sales, Product Line Directors, senior leadership, and legal counsel as needed. Responsibilities include establishing internal review and approval processes, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely document completion. The position also serves as a liaison between sales, management, and customers during contract negotiations to support successful business outcomes.
