Compensation: $67,000–$107,000 Annually

Overview:

LBAPS is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing, design, and funnel-building expertise. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission to expand ABA services and family support to 25,000 families across all 50 states.You will lead multi-channel marketing efforts, optimize digital systems, and create high-quality content that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all marketing initiatives across digital platforms and out-of-state campaigns
Build, update, and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog content
Improve SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing and educational use
Design digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
Manage marketing automations, integrations, and CRM-related systems
Oversee Google Business Profile, reviews, and local listing performance
Write and develop blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and social media content
Execute SEO-driven content strategies and keyword research
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Research and implement new marketing tools and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with WordPress (SEO, plugins, optimization, performance)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
Video editing and graphic design capabilities
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital growth strategies
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
Excellent English writing and content creation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Tech-savvy with experience in integrations and marketing systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Hebrew, and/or Yiddish)
Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral health, psychology, or education sectors
