About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey—from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You’ll provide a professional, seamless experience while achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the vehicle range
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Utilise CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups
• Maintain showroom presentation and high standards

About You

• Previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
•  Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
•  Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
•  Valid driver’s licence
