Production Technician II - Full Time - Days

JOB TITLE: Production Technician CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non-Exempt PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT:  Intandem Solutions IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:  Production Manager POSITION SUMMARY:  Ensure accurate completion of customers’ work orders as required on Production floor. Applies basic skills while developing some specialized skills in procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to the production area. Work is performed within specific limits of established procedures and/or defined work instructions. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education, Training & Experience:Three to five (3-5) years manufacturing experience including light assembly, packaging, shrink wrap and kitting Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and air assembly tools, familiar with woodworking equipment High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills   ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all policies, procedures and protocols Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate safe operating procedures Ability to enhance knowledge and skills to accomplish job duties and promote career development   SALARY: $17.23 starting rate
