Compensation: $19–$23.50/hr (based on experience)
Full‑Time | M–F 8am–5pm
About the Role We’re hiring a Patient Care Specialist III to support front office operations in a fast‑paced Primary Care setting. You’ll handle patient check‑in, insurance verification, referrals, scheduling, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining full HIPAA compliance.

We’re seeking an experienced Patient Care Specialist to join our front office team in Naples, FL. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment and has a strong background in primary care, urgent care, or family practice settings. If you love patient interaction, understand the flow of a medical office, and can keep operations running smoothly, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk operations — check‑in, check‑out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling
Patient communication — phone, portal, and in‑person support
Medical records handling — accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
Coordination with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Collecting co‑pays, updating demographics, and maintaining organized front‑office processes
Required Experience
2+ years working in a healthcare front office
Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family practice
Strong understanding of insurance verification, EHR systems, and HIPAA compliance
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
Must be local to Naples, FL or within a reasonable commute
Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar EHR
Familiarity with prior authorizations and referrals
Compensation & Benefits
